pencil test: it preserves
the animator’s original
animation concept, allowing
you to accurately control
motion and timing of the
action.
It offers a wide range of
editing tools to manipulate
frames, levels and sequences.
Moreover you can enlarge,
reduce and rotate images,
or create complex movements
simply and efficiently thanks
to the Camera Stand window;
while the Preview window
lets you check the final
result and save a QuickTime
movie of the animation.
LineTest
relies on the advanced
technology of the Toonz
exposure sheet and is
seamlessly integrated
with all the other Toonz
production tools, as work
produced with Linetest
will be immediately reusable
into Toonz for an
exposure sheet driven
production.
However,
even if you don't use
Toonz, LineTest allows
you to have an infinite
number of levels to composite
and move around, where
traditionally the animator
could only see one level
at a time.
